FAQs

Can I cancel my subscription?

Absolutely. We will need 3 months notice so we can ensure that all the bookings we have secured can be put into other properties but you are never tied to a contract for extended periods of time.

What does my property need?

We keep a very high standard but we’re flexible on the style of homes we manage. The unit needs to be furnished and major items that are necessary are strong WiFi, three sets of linen, quality appliances and quality photography and videography (the latter we can supply).

How does payment work?

We take the hassle out of chasing guests for payments and handling all deposits in line with the PPRA protocol. We will make a payment to you once a month accompanied by our very detailed feedback cards for you to go through.

Where does Secondhome operate?

Right now, Secondhome operates inside Zimbali, along the whole north coast of KwaZulu Natal (Umhlanga to Salt Rock), and in the greater Sandton area of Joburg (northern suburbs).
