Entrance

Entering the driveway (cast iron gate) that could park at least ten cars, the thatch roofed house invites you to relax. Beautiful garden, maintained weekly for your convenience. Double garage with automatic radio controlled door and finely painted floor. The spacious garage also houses the large 200 liter boiler as well as many shelves. Inside the garage is a door leading into the house.

Bar Room

This entertainment area has a large fireplace, built in shelves and of course a bar. The bar has many cabinets and an ice cube machine. The room is tiled and the walls are plastered. Perfect view on the garden and lapa from this room.

Living Room

The spacious livingroom hosts a large fireplace and has a wide sliding door to the lapa. The living room has a amazing view over the garden and over the canals. The many windows make this a pleasant, well-lit room.

Bedroom

The big bedroom upstairs is very spacious and has an en-suite bathroom with bath, toilet and sink. The bedroom also has a nice roof terrace with view over the canals. Fell like being in paradise while enjoying breakfast up here!

Entertainment area

Upstairs, a large and classic designed pooltable is central in the entertainment area. A bar with refrigirator to have your refreshments is available, and one can also relax on the adjecent roof terrace in the midst of an exciting pool game.

Lapa

Wether you would like to have an early breakfast outside, or a fancy braaiparty in the evening with friends, the lapa is the place to be! With built in speakersystem can easily be switched of to enjoy the sounds of the birdlife of St Francis Bay!

Garden View

View while enjoying some sun in the garden. The backyard is fenced at about a meter high to make it even possible for the littlest children to play safely in this well maintained garden. A computer controlled sprinkler system throughout the garden ensures you of the greenest grass!
